peace be upon you...so,continue wit my training today.i planned wit qifang wad should we do today.so,i decided to go for a short run but today we focussed more on stairs climb.we did 6 times up and down of a 12 storey blk;539.after that we make our way to the teletubbies hill near spore sports sch,the same hill where ms puah usually bring us.so we did 4 times up and down.after that,our thighs and calves feel umbroly pain.but,no more dizziness,cause i force myself to hydrate with atleast 1.5liters of water. basically,for mountain climbing,stairs climb is the most effective way to train our stamina.all those running is to just build up your stamina.all those running are just wasting my time.then otw home,i just recalled that nike expo sale going end soon.tomorrow is the last day.and i really need to get for myself a new running shoe.n the sale is up to 60%.so,tomorrow after my sermons class i will meet qifang again and go the expo with her.went home,after washed up and all..met lynn at cwp.had breakfast with her.then walked around cwp n i saw this casio watch n i love it.n it is only $42.but i cant buy it now.saving for my trip.e trip much more important.still...gosh,i want it so badly...hopefully i can tell abang to buy that watch for my birthday present.hahahs.
gtg now,later aunty shasha n e rest of her family coming over my hse.so,need to help mom with the cooking.finally i able to meet dearest ezma later.missing her lots.
